A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring tender beef and flavorful garlic sauce, perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Pasta

  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta

Meat

  • 1 lb lean beef, diced

Vegetables & Aromatics

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Dairy & Liquids

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth

Cheese & Fats

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Spices

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Garnish

  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  • Heat olive oil and cook onion and garlic until soft.
  • Add beef, cook until browned, then season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, simmer for 10 minutes until thickened.
  • Mix in cooked pasta, then stir in cheddar cheese until melted. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add a splash of white wine or a pinch of red pepper flakes.
