Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season chicken with salt and pepper, then stir-fry until cooked. Remove and set aside.
Add garlic and ginger; cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add cabbage and stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until slightly softened.
Return chicken, add soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and sweetener; toss to coat. Cook 2 more minutes.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Use fresh ginger for the best flavor. Adjust soy sauce for salt preference.
