Instructions
In a large bowl, beat butter and cream cheese until light. Add sugar and beat until creamy. Mix in egg and vanilla.
Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add dry to wet, mixing on low until just combined.
Toss blueberries with cornstarch. Gently fold into dough.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Drop tablespoons of dough onto parchment, flatten slightly, and bake 10-12 minutes.
Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice to make glaze. Once cookies cool, dip or drizzle with glaze and let set.
Notes
Ensure blueberries are well drained to prevent dough from becoming too moist.
