Delight in these creamy Greek yogurt bites topped with fresh blueberry compote, perfect for a healthy snack or dessert.

plain Greek yogurt

honey or maple syrup

fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions
Cook blueberries, lemon juice, and optional honey in a small saucepan over medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
Mix Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey until smooth.
Fill each cavity of a silicone mini muffin tray with yogurt mixture.
Add cooled blueberry compote on top and swirl with a toothpick.
Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm, then remove from molds and thaw slightly before serving.
Notes
For best results, use fresh blueberries when in season.
