Delicious homemade blueberry muffins perfect for breakfast or a snack, combining fresh blueberries with a tender, fluffy crumb.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
Mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
Whisk wet ingredients: milk, oil, egg, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
Combine wet and dry ingredients; fold in blueberries gently.
Fill muffin cups 3/4 full; sprinkle tops with turbinado sugar if desired. Bake 20-25 minutes.
Cool muffins in tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle turbinado sugar on top before baking.
