Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix oats, mashed bananas, and peanut butter in a bowl. Fold in blueberries.
Form dough into 12 balls, flatten into cookies, and place on the tray.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
Cool on the tray for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
