Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
  • 2 large bananas (mashed)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup blueberries

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix oats, mashed bananas, and peanut butter in a bowl. Fold in blueberries.
  • Form dough into 12 balls, flatten into cookies, and place on the tray.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  • Cool on the tray for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For added flavor, sprinkle a little cinnamon before baking.
