Instructions
In a bowl, mix Bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden brown.
Add the sauce mixture to the pan and simmer until thickened.
Serve the chicken with the sauce over rice or noodles.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for a few hours before cooking.
