Ingredients

Chicken

  • 500 g chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)

Sauce

  • 100 ml Bourbon
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 30 ml soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)

Instructions 

  • In a bowl, mix Bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  • Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden brown.
  • Add the sauce mixture to the pan and simmer until thickened.
  • Serve the chicken with the sauce over rice or noodles.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for a few hours before cooking.
