These elegant puff pastry bites feature creamy brie and sweet caramelized onions, perfect for appetizers or parties.

puff pastry
(thawed)
Cheese

brie cheese
(cut into small cubes)
Onions

caramelized onions
(store-bought or homemade)

egg
beaten egg
(for egg wash)

fresh chives or parsley
(finely chopped, optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll puff pastry and cut out 2½-inch circles. Score a smaller circle inside each for a puffed border.
Place a brie cube in each pastry center, top with a teaspoon of caramelized onions, then brush edges with beaten egg.
Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and puffed. Cool slightly, then garnish with chopped chives or parsley if desired.
