Instructions
Combine strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla; set aside.
Whip cold heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form; chill.
Whisk eggs, milk, cream, syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a shallow dish.
Preheat skillet, dip brioche slices in custard for 15-20 seconds per side, then cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
