Instructions
Reduce apple cider by half and set aside.
Brown the butter in a pan until golden, then let cool.
Mix reduced cider, browned butter, eggs, sugars, milk, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and combine.
Pipe or spoon batter into donut molds, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes.
Brush donuts with melted butter, toss in cinnamon sugar, and drizzle with caramel sauce. Serve with vanilla ice cream if desired.
