A flavorful sandwich combining tender marinated chicken, sautéed mushrooms, and melted smoked mozzarella on toasted buns.
Ingredients

(pounded to even thickness)

McCormick Grill Mates Brown Sugar Bourbon Single Use Marinade

thinly sliced mushrooms

tablespoon
butter

teaspoon
minced garlic

smoked mozzarella cheese

brioche buns
buns or similar burger roll
as needed
mayo

Instructions
Marinate chicken in the marinade packet for 30 minutes.
Preheat grill, cook chicken 6-8 minutes per side until done, then discard marinade.
Saute mushrooms and garlic in butter for 2-4 minutes until tender.
Top cooked chicken with mushrooms and cheese, cover until cheese melts.
Assemble sandwiches with mayo, lettuce, chicken, and top bun. Serve immediately.
