A delicious homemade version of the popular Starbucks shaken espresso, sweetened with brown sugar and topped with cinnamon.

Ingredients

  • 1 shot espresso shots
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened oat milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • a dash dash cinnamon

Instructions 

  • Combine espresso, brown sugar, ice, and cinnamon in a shaker.
  • Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  • Fill a glass with ice and pour the shaken mixture over it.
  • Top with oat milk and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Gently stir to combine and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust the amount of cinnamon to taste.
