A spicy, creamy dip featuring roasted cauliflower and hot sauce, perfect for sharing at gatherings.
Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F / 190°C.
Cook cauliflower and water in a skillet over medium-high heat for 7-10 minutes until soft.
Drain excess water, tear cauliflower apart, then cook for a few minutes to evaporate moisture.
Mix in cream cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, salt, pepper, then sprinkle with cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes until bubbling and cheese melts. Optional: broil briefly to brown top.
Serve warm, garnished with chopped chives and green onions.
Notes
For extra heat, add more hot sauce or red pepper flakes.
