Ingredients

Chicken and Sauces

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (About 2 medium chicken breasts)
  • 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce

Vegetables and Dairy

  • 1/2 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar or blue cheese)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing

Wraps

  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions 

  • Heat shredded chicken with buffalo sauce in a skillet for 5-7 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
  • Mix lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese in a bowl.
  • Spread chicken mixture on tortillas, add vegetable mixture, and drizzle with ranch.
  • Fold sides and roll up tightly to enclose fillings.
  • Repeat with remaining tortillas and serve immediately or refrigerate.
