Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Cook beef: Heat oil, sauté onions with salt and pepper, add beef, cook until browned, stir in taco seasoning, then transfer to dish.
Mix in peppers, beans, salsa, rice, and broth; ensure ingredients are covered and well combined.
Cover with foil, bake 40-45 mins, then uncover and bake 10 mins. Add cheese, bake 5 mins until melted. Rest before slicing.
Serve topped with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
