A simple and flavorful side dish featuring fluffy rice cooked in butter and aromatic bay leaves.
Ingredients

Instructions
Melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and sauté for 5-6 minutes. Stir in rice to coat in butter.
Add remaining ingredients, cover, bring to boil, then reduce heat and cook for about 15 minutes.
Turn off heat, let sit for 10 minutes, then fluff with a fork, remove bay leaves, and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, add dried parsley flakes as a garnish.
