Soft, buttery dinner rolls with a hint of tang from buttermilk, perfect for any meal.
Ingredients

Instructions
Warm the buttermilk slightly, then mix in sugar and yeast; let sit 5-10 minutes until frothy.
Combine flour and salt in a large bowl.
Add yeast mixture, melted butter, and egg; stir until a shaggy dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth, then let rise 1-2 hours until doubled.
Punch down, divide into 12 pieces, shape into balls, place in a greased dish, cover, and rise 30-45 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), bake for 20-25 minutes until golden, then brush with melted butter.
Notes
For softer rolls, let them rise a bit longer before baking.
