Delight in these warm, cheesy, and buttery garlic biscuits with a crispy golden exterior and gooey cheddar center.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits (10 pieces, Country Style recommended)
  • 20 cubes cheddar cheese (1.27 cm x 1.91 cm x 1.91 cm, approximately 4 oz)
  • 0.33 cup parmesan cheese (80 mL)
  • 3 tbsp butter (45 mL)
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice biscuits in half and flatten into thin circles.
  • Place a cheddar cube on each biscuit, fold and seal to form a cheese-filled ball.
  • Mix melted butter with crushed garlic and combine parsley with parmesan for coating.
  • Dip each cheese ball into garlic butter, then roll in herb-parmesan mixture.
  • Bake on prepared sheet for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Ensure cheese is fully sealed inside the dough to prevent leakage during baking.
