1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
0.25cupgrated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Prepare the cabbage by removing outer leaves, cutting into quarters, and chopping into bite-sized pieces.
In a skillet, cook onion and garlic until translucent, then add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in chopped cabbage and cook for 5 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a greased baking dish, spread the meat and cabbage mixture, then add tomatoes, sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and spices. Mix well.
Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
