Delicious and hearty cabbage rolls filled with a savory mixture of meat and rice, topped with tomato sauce.
Ingredients

green cabbage

ground beef (or pork/turkey)

uncooked white rice

tomato sauce (low-sodium recommended)

Instructions
Boil cabbage in salted water for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Sauté onions in oil until golden, add garlic for the last minute.
Mix meat, rice, onions, garlic, dill, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Roll filling in cabbage leaves, tucking in sides.
Place rolls in a dish, cover with sauce, and bake at 350°F for 60-75 minutes.
Notes
Serve with sour cream for added creaminess.
