Instructions
Mix chia seeds, almond milk, and vanilla; refrigerate for 2 hours.
Heat coconut oil, sauté apples, then add coconut sugar and coconut milk; cook until thickened and apples soften.
Add cinnamon and salt to caramel; stir well.
Layer chia pudding with caramelized apples in glasses and serve.
Notes
For a creamier texture, let the chia pudding soak overnight.
