For the Dough

For the Caramel Glaze

Instructions
Combine warm milk and yeast; let sit 5 minutes until foamy. Add sugar, butter, and eggs; mix well.
Gradually add flour and salt; knead until smooth. Let rise 1-2 hours until doubled.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out dough, spread butter, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon, then add chopped apples.
Roll tightly, cut into 12 slices, arrange in baking dish, cover, and let rise 30 minutes.
Bake 25-30 minutes until golden. For glaze, melt sugar and butter, stir in cream and vanilla, then pour over warm rolls.
