avocado oil

kosher salt

garlic powder

smoked paprika

BBQ sauce
(plus more for serving)
Instructions
Marinate chicken with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and mustard; refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
Toss chicken with 1/4 cup BBQ sauce, place on baking sheet, and bake for 15 minutes.
Flip chicken, brush with remaining BBQ sauce, and bake for another 10 minutes.
Broil for 5-6 minutes until edges are crispy, then brush with BBQ sauce again and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken longer or brush additional BBQ sauce before serving.
