A refreshing and nutritious juice combining the sweetness of carrots and oranges with a spicy kick of ginger.

Ingredients

Produce

  • 4 large carrots
  • 3 oranges oranges
  • 1 inch ginger (about 2.5 cm piece)
  • ½ cup water (optional)
  • Ice cubes Ice cubes

Instructions 

  • Peel carrots and ginger; remove orange peels and seeds.
  • Cut carrots into chunks.
  • Blend carrots, oranges, ginger, and water until smooth.
  • Pour through a sieve or nut milk bag.
  • Add ice and serve.

Notes

For a colder drink, add more ice or chill the juice beforehand.
