A refreshing and healthy juice combining the sweetness of carrots and oranges with a zing of ginger and optional turmeric for added health benefits.
Ingredients

Turmeric powder
(optional but recommended)
Instructions
Wash, peel, and cut carrots into chunks. Zest one orange and set aside.
Peel and slice ginger. Juice both oranges.
Blend orange juice, carrots, ginger, and water until smooth.
Strain the mixture into a pitcher, pressing to extract juice. Stir in turmeric if using.
Pour into glasses and garnish with orange zest.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Adjust sweetness by adding more or less orange juice.
