Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Mix sugars and oil until coated. Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
Stir in pumpkin and chai concentrate until combined.
Add baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt; mix well.
Fold in flour until just combined. Pour batter into pan.
Bake for 65-70 minutes. Cool before slicing into 8 pieces.
