A comforting and flavorful casserole combining roasted potatoes, seasoned beef, and classic cheeseburger toppings, all baked to cheesy perfection.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Dice potatoes, toss with 1 tbsp oil, salt, garlic, pepper, and roast for 25 minutes.
Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Add diced onion, garlic, bell pepper; sauté until softened. Drain excess grease if needed.
Mix Greek yogurt, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, and seasonings to make the sauce.
Spread roasted potatoes in a casserole dish, top with beef mixture, then 2/3 of the sauce. Stir gently to coat.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar on top, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts. Broil for 2-3 minutes for golden top.
Let rest briefly, then serve topped with pickles, diced onions, and extra sauce if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add shredded lettuce or tomatoes before serving.
