(cut into 1/2-inch pieces)

Instructions
Cook orzo according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
Mix cooked orzo with Alfredo sauce, shredded chicken, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and half of the mozzarella.
Stuff each halved bell pepper with the Alfredo mixture and place in a baking dish.
Top each stuffed pepper with remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes until peppers are tender and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
