  • 1 large head cabbage, chopped

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Crackers

Instructions 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Chop the cabbage, steam or boil for 5-7 minutes, then drain.
  • Sauté onion until translucent, add garlic, then remove from heat.
  • Combine cabbage, sautéed onion and garlic, cheese, creams, eggs, and spices in a bowl.
  • Fold in crushed crackers, transfer to a greased baking dish, and top with reserved crumbs and parmesan.
  • Bake for 50-55 minutes until golden brown, then let rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
