Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook noodles until al dente, then drain.
Mix ricotta, half of parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Layer sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, chicken, sauce, and mozzarella; repeat layers.
Top with remaining noodles, sauce, and cheeses. Cover with foil.
Bake 30-35 mins, uncover, bake 10-15 mins until bubbly. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
For a richer flavor, let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving.
