A creamy and cheesy lasagna layered with tender chicken and rich Alfredo sauce, perfect for a comforting family dinner.

Ingredients

Noodles

  • 12 pieces lasagna noodles
  • 3 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
  • cups ricotta cheese
  • 30 ounces Alfredo sauce
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook noodles until al dente, then drain.
  • Mix ricotta, half of parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Layer sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, chicken, sauce, and mozzarella; repeat layers.
  • Top with remaining noodles, sauce, and cheeses. Cover with foil.
  • Bake 30-35 mins, uncover, bake 10-15 mins until bubbly. Garnish with parsley.

Notes

For a richer flavor, let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving.
