A delicious fusion of creamy Alfredo sauce and classic pizza, topped with tender chicken and melted cheese.
Ingredients

homemade pizza crust
Sauce

Tablespoon
unsalted butter

garlic, minced

cream cheese, softened and cut into small pieces

milk
1/3

freshly grated parmesan cheese, plus extra for topping

freshly ground black pepper
Toppings

cooked chicken, chopped

shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Melt butter, cook garlic for 30 seconds, then stir in cream cheese until smooth.
Whisk in milk, then add parmesan, salt, and pepper; set aside.
Pre-bake crust at 425°F (220°C) for 4-5 minutes, then spread sauce over it.
Top with mozzarella, chicken, then more cheese and parmesan.
Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 8-12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
For a crispier crust, pre-bake longer or use a pizza stone.
