A delicious fusion of creamy Alfredo sauce and classic pizza, topped with tender chicken and melted cheese.

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 piece homemade pizza crust

Sauce

  • 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened and cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese, plus extra for topping
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Toppings

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions 

  • Melt butter, cook garlic for 30 seconds, then stir in cream cheese until smooth.
  • Whisk in milk, then add parmesan, salt, and pepper; set aside.
  • Pre-bake crust at 425°F (220°C) for 4-5 minutes, then spread sauce over it.
  • Top with mozzarella, chicken, then more cheese and parmesan.
  • Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 8-12 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes

For a crispier crust, pre-bake longer or use a pizza stone.
