Ingredients

Protein

  • 12 oz Cooked Chicken Breast (Diced)

Dairy

  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)

Sauces

  • 1/2 cup Alfredo Sauce

Carbohydrates

Instructions 

  • Spread Alfredo sauce on one tortilla, sprinkle with mozzarella, add chicken, fold in half.
  • Preheat a non-stick pan on medium-low heat.
  • Cook the quesadilla for 3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook another 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
