A creamy, cheesy baked dish combining tender chicken, broccoli, and pasta in a rich Alfredo sauce, perfect for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 cups cooked and diced Chicken Breasts

Vegetables

  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets

Pasta

  • 8 oz Pasta (penne or rotini)

Sauces and Cheeses

  • 2 cups Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Aromatics

  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Seasonings

  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook pasta until al dente, then drain.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add broccoli and cook until tender.
  • Mix chicken, Alfredo sauce, pasta, broccoli, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Layer half the mixture in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with cheese, then add remaining mixture and top with cheese.
  • Bake covered for 20 minutes, then uncovered for 10 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let cool briefly before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, use less cheese or a low-fat Alfredo sauce.
