Instructions
Dice squash, trim and halve green beans, and mince garlic.
Mix flour, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and 1/2 tsp paprika. Pound chicken to 1/4-inch, coat with oil, then dredge in flour mixture.
Cook chicken in hot oil and butter until golden, then set aside. Repeat with remaining chicken.
Add remaining butter, cook squash with garlic, paprika, and oregano until charred, about 4-5 minutes.
Add green beans and thyme, cook until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes. Return chicken on top, squeeze lemon, garnish, and serve.
Notes
Ensure squash is evenly charred for best flavor. Adjust salt to taste before serving.
