A quick and healthy one-pan meal combining tender chicken with colorful vegetables, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Instructions
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove chicken; in the same skillet, sauté onion for 2 minutes, then add zucchini, broccoli, and tomatoes; cook for 6-8 minutes.
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds, then return chicken to skillet and heat through for 1-2 minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.
