Ingredients

Meat

  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (For cooking chicken)

Wraps

  • 4 large flour tortillas (Burrito size)

Produce

  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced (Should have slight give when pressed)
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes

Optional toppings

Instructions 

  • Season chicken strips with taco seasoning, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • Prepare avocados, lettuce, tomatoes, and shred cheese.
  • Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  • Assemble burritos with cheese, chicken, avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, and ranch, then roll and cut in half.

Notes

Use ripe avocados for best flavor and texture.
