Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken

Produce

  • 1 avocado avocado, diced
  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime lime, juiced

Condiments

  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper Salt and pepper, to taste

Breads

  • 4 large flour tortillas

Vegetables

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Dairy

  • Sour cream Sour cream, for serving (optional)

Salsa

Instructions 

  • Mix chicken, avocado, ranch, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Lay tortillas flat, add lettuce, then spoon chicken mixture and sprinkle cheese.
  • Fold sides and roll up tightly.
  • Toast in a skillet over medium until golden, about 1-2 minutes per side.
  • Slice and serve with sour cream and salsa if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or extra cilantro.
