Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Season and cook the chicken breasts in olive oil until cooked through, then slice.
Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, Caesar dressing, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, pepper, and milk to make the dressing.
Combine cooked pasta, sliced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, and croutons. Toss with the dressing.
Serve immediately or chill before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in some of the dressing before cooking.
