A delicious and easy-to-make pasta salad combining grilled chicken, crisp romaine, and a creamy Caesar dressing.

cooked rotini or penne pasta

Lettuce

romaine lettuce

Chicken

grilled chicken breasts
(sliced or cubed)
Croutons

Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
Cook and cool pasta; season and grill chicken, then slice or cube.
Wash and chop romaine lettuce.
Mix dressing ingredients: mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, anchovy paste, mustard, Worcestershire, and Parmesan.
Toss pasta, chicken, lettuce, croutons, and dressing; season to taste.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes; serve garnished with extra Parmesan and black pepper if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or extra Parmesan before serving.
