A delicious and easy-to-make pasta salad featuring tender chicken, crisp romaine, and a tangy Caesar-inspired dressing.
Ingredients
Dressing

Dijon mustard

fresh lemon juice

Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, garlic, and anchovy paste to make the dressing.
In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chopped romaine, shredded chicken, and dressing. Toss to coat evenly.
Top with grated Parmesan and optional croutons before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add more Parmesan or a squeeze of lemon before serving.
