Ingredients

Cooking Oil

  • 2 tablespoons Cooking Oil

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

  • 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (Cut into strips)

Peppers

  • 2 peppers Peppers (Cut into strips)

Small Onion

  • 1 small Small Onion (Sliced into strips)

Fajita Seasoning

  • 1.12 ounces Fajita Seasoning

Water

  • 0.25 cups Water

Prepared Rice

  • 8.5 ounces Prepared Rice (Cilantro and Lime Flavor)

Sour Cream

  • 0.33 cup Sour Cream

Monterey Jack Cheese

  • 1.5 cups Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

Large Tortillas

  • 7-8 large Tortillas

Instructions 

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken strips and cook for 3 minutes until no longer pink.
  • Stir in peppers and onions; cook for 3-5 minutes.
  • Add water and fajita seasoning; mix well.
  • Prepare rice, then mix with sour cream.
  • Layer rice, chicken, and cheese on tortillas; roll up.

Notes

For extra flavor, toast the wraps in a pan until golden brown.
