Ingredients

Chicken

  • 4 fillets chicken
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 6 cups fresh spinach ((about 6 ounces))
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper ((to taste))

Instructions 

  • Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Sear the chicken in a skillet with olive oil and butter until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Sauté garlic in the same skillet until fragrant, then deglaze with chicken broth.
  • Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce thickens.
  • Wilt the spinach in the sauce, then return the chicken to the skillet and simmer.
  • Serve the chicken topped with the creamy spinach sauce.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using fresh herbs or a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
