Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into small cubes
Vegetables

Instructions
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet. Cook chicken until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Add garlic and carrots to the skillet; cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in peas and green onions; cook for 1 minute.
Add rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil; toss and cook for 3 minutes.
Return chicken to skillet; stir and cook for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
Notes
Use chilled rice for best texture and flavor.
