  • 1.5 lb Springer mountain farms chicken breast

Pasta

  • 12 oz gluten free farfalle pasta

Seasonings & Sauces

  • 2 tsp paprika (OliveNation)
  • 1.5 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (OliveNation)
  • 0.5 tsp thyme
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Gluten Free 1:1 Flour
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 12 oz shredded parmesan
  • 0.25 cup pasta water
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions 

  • Boil pasta until al dente.
  • Mix seasonings; season chicken and sear in olive oil for 5 minutes per side.
  • Cook chicken through, then remove. Melt butter, add shallots, garlic, Italian seasoning, and cook 1 minute.
  • Add flour, then chicken broth and cream; whisk until smooth. Stir in Parmesan until melted.
  • Combine pasta, sliced chicken, and sauce; thin with pasta water as needed. Serve.

Notes

Use high-quality Parmesan for best flavor. Adjust pasta water to reach desired sauce consistency.
