  • 600 g Chicken breasts
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 200 ml Heavy cream
  • 250 ml Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt to taste Salt
  • Pepper to taste Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish Fresh parsley

Instructions 

  • Cut chicken into strips or cubes, season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat oil in a pan, cook chicken until golden, then set aside.
  • Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until translucent.
  • Add cream and broth, simmer until slightly thickened.
  • Return chicken to pan, cook until heated through, garnish with parsley.

Use fresh parsley for the best flavor and adjust seasoning to taste.
