(GF tamari or soy sauce)

(butter lettuce, romaine, or iceberg)

your favorite dipping sauce

Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
Add mushrooms, water chestnuts, and green onions. Cook 3-5 minutes until mushrooms are softened.
Add ginger, garlic, coconut aminos, and sesame oil (if using). Cook 1 minute, stirring to coat.
Scoop mixture onto lettuce leaves. Top with cilantro and dipping sauce as desired.
Store leftovers separately in airtight containers in the fridge for 3-4 days.
Notes
Adjust sauce quantities to avoid making wraps too soggy.
