Instructions
Season chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sear in olive oil until golden, then set aside.
Sauté pressed garlic, add crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and basil. Nestle chicken back into sauce and simmer until cooked through.
Top with mozzarella slices, broil until melted, then rest and garnish with basil. Serve hot.

Use fresh basil for best flavor and ensure chicken is fully cooked before serving.
