A delicious and easy baked dish combining tender chicken, spinach, tomatoes, and cheesy rice for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

chicken breast

Garlic and herb seasoning

Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C/390°F. Prepare a dish by lightly greasing or lining.
Saute chicken and garlic in a lightly sprayed pan until cooked.
Add tomatoes, cream cheese, seasonings, and spinach; stir until spinach wilts and cheese melts.
Mix in cooked rice, then transfer to the prepared dish and top with parmesan.
Bake until cheese is melted and lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
Notes
Use fresh herbs for best flavor and adjust seasonings to taste.
