A quick and delicious stir fry featuring tender chicken and ramen noodles, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 500 g Chicken breast (Sliced thinly)

Noodles

  • 200 g Ramen noodles (Cooked according to package instructions)

Vegetables

  • 150 g Mixed vegetables (Frozen or fresh)

Sauce

  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce

Instructions 

  • Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry chicken until cooked through.
  • Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in cooked ramen noodles and soy sauce.
  • Mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add sesame oil or chili flakes.
