Instructions
Cook the ramen noodles in boiling water for 2–3 minutes, then drain and set aside.
Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin, sriracha, cornstarch, and chicken broth to make the sauce.
Sauté chicken in oils until golden and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes.
Add vegetables and garlic; stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Combine noodles and sauce; toss to coat and heat through for 2–3 minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds; serve hot.
Notes
Feel free to add more spice with extra sriracha or garnish with additional sesame seeds for extra flavor.
