A fresh and flavorful chicken salad perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner, served on greens or with bread.
Ingredients

(cooked, cooled, and diced)

Instructions
Add the chicken and the rest of the ingredients up to and including the honey to a medium-large bowl, and toss gently to combine; set aside.
Layer greens on bread, add chicken salad, then top with another bread piece or serve as desired.
Notes
Chill the salad before serving for best flavor.
